Nurse-midwife from Pontificia Universidad Católica (2002), candidate for a Master’s degree in Public Health at Universidad de Chile. She completed the Diploma in University Teaching at the UC (2018), the Diploma in Quality and Health Care Safety at the Universidad de los Andes (2019) and the Diploma in Clinical Informatics at the UC (2020).
Undergraduate and postgraduate teaching activities (last 5 years):
- She teaches undergraduate courses and coordinates courses in the area of nursing care in general and women’s health: “Nursing Care of Women and the Newborn”, “Nursing Care in Community Health II”, “Outpatient Internship in Women’s Health”, “Nursing Care”, “Prevention and management of accidents” and “Self-care of health”.
- In continuing education, she teaches as a tutor in the Diploma of Clinical Informatics of the School of Nursing.
Outreach activities (last 5 years):
- She participated in the training for midwives of the National Health Service on Human Papilloma Virus (HPV).
