Academic background:
Nurse Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2008) and Master in Nursing (2013) at the same University. She has completed 5 diploma courses in ethics, infant massage and university teaching, all at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Research activities and publications (last 5 years):
- Her line of research is teaching in higher education and community nursing.
- She has been awarded 3 research projects, one with national funding (co-investigator) and two projects with SoN funding (1 as principal investigator).
- She is the author of 8 publications, 5 are scientific articles indexed in ISI/Scopus (4 co-author), 2 indexed in other databases (co-author) and 3 manuals framed in a bidding process of the National Program of Child Health and Chile Crece Contigo (co-author).
Undergraduate and graduate teaching activities (last 5 years):
- She teaches undergraduate courses and coordinates courses in the area of nursing care in community and ambulatory contexts: “Community Health II”, “Nursing Care of the Vital Cycle”, “Nursing Care”, “Ambulatory Nursing Internship”, “Promotion and Protection of Health in Childhood”, “Anthropological and Ethical Foundations of Nursing”, “Nursing: Profession and Discipline”, “Clinical Pharmacology”.
- She is part of the team of two projects of innovation in teaching developed in the SoN and funded by the UC.
- She participates in continuing education teaching in courses and diploma courses for professionals.
Extension and outreach activities (last 5 years):
- She has 7 presentations in scientific events, four of them international. She has participated in training courses for the general public on topics related to caregiver care.
- She is a member of the Chilean College of Nurses, the Chilean Association of Nursing Education, highlighting her contribution to the National Nursing Examination; founding member of the Anthroposophical Nursing Society of Chile and the Chilean Society of Child and Adolescent Nursing (SOCHENA) and member of the Scientific Society of Family and Community Nursing (SOCHIENFA).
